Outcomes: By the end of this two day programme you will:

Have developed training skills and your continuous professional development by becoming a Trauma Informed Practice Trainer
Be able to support your organisations consistency of common language and understand ACEs and trauma sensitive approaches contributing to a consistent practice across NI
Be informed and confident to deliver a minimum of three L1 and L2 awareness programmes per year after attending this programme using the resource and guidance documents.

Relevance: Relevant to anyone working who has completed L1 or L2 training and works with children, families and/or adults who may be experiencing trauma as a result of childhood adversities.
