Addressing alcohol and drug-related issues: Reducing harm and supporting positive change.

As a Service Manager within ASCERT’s services you will oversee several services throughout Northern Ireland that provide intervention services aiming to reduce the impact of substance use on individuals, families and the community.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team that provides services to adults, young people and families that are experiencing alcohol or drug use issues.  This post will have management responsibilities for the development and delivery of several service models within ASCERT’s current business plan across Northern Ireland.

THIS POST IS FOR YOU IF:

  •  You have managed a multi-disciplinary team showing demonstrable outcomes
  • You have worked within a community setting providing support to people with poor mental health or who are struggling with alcohol or drug use
  • You like a job which has a diverse range of responsibilities
  • You are passionate about providing support to communities, young people, adults and families

You will be responsible to the Director of Operations.

Location – Home working negotiable, covering all HSCT areas in Northern Ireland and travelling NI wide as required

Length of Post – Permanent subject to funding

Hours – 35 hours per week, full time

Salary – NJC Scale Pt 35 £46,141 per annum plus 6% pension
