In Steps to Cope, we encourage you to write in the spaces provided the information that you would like to share. Doing so will mean that you are getting it out of your head and this can help you feel better – a problem shared is a problem halved. However your answers will remain confidential and will not be recorded or shared with anyone else.

If you would like to speak to anyone about the issues you are facing you can contact Lifeline or ChildLine who operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alternatively if you would like to access information of services local to you, you can visit Drugs and Alcohol Northern Ireland ( https://drugsandalcoholni.info/ ) or contact the PSNI if you think that someone may be at risk of harm.
