Volunteers are important to voluntary organisations. At present, ASCERT has three volunteers (all office based). Volunteering can be very important in enhancing both your personal development, while giving something back to the wider community. In a given year up to 23 million people will volunteer at least once. (UK Voluntary Sector Almanac, NCVO). If you feel you would also like to be a volunteer with ASCERT, send us an email, elaine@ascert.biz or contact Elaine Dickson on (028) 92604422.
