  • Who is this course for?

    The course is suitable for any manager or team leader who is new to the management role, or who has limited experience in terms of supporting staff working with substance misusing clients. It will be beneficial for anyone without formal management training who wishes to develop the key skills necessary to effectively manage, motivate and direct a team

    This training is FREE

    to people working or living in the Belfast and South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust areas

    Accreditation?

    Accreditation is Optional. This unit can be taken as a stand alone OCN NI accredited module @ Level 3. There is NO requirement to do the accreditation if joining this course.
