Introduction to self-help materials available to use with adults, young people and children
Evidenced based Intervention that can support people living with addiction and problematic
substance misuse.
Increasing active listening and communication skills
Practical steps that contribute to the building of resiliency in individuals.

Who is this course for?
Taking the lid off is aimed at Tier 1, 2 & 3 workers that come into contact with substance misuse within families. This may include primary care staff, family and child care staff, early years services, community health workers, teachers, addictions staff, among others..

to people working or living in the Belfast and South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust areas
