Noel is responsible for maintaining ASCERT's training records and databases as well as printing and assembling all the workbooks for our courses. He also ensurse that all ASCERT's courses and participants are registered with OCN and the checking of certificates for those who have successfully completed these courses.

Alongside this Noel helps with the general office administration alongside Elaine and provides general IT support for other departments.
