Lyndsay Joined ASCERT in February of 2009, taking the role of Lifematters Project Officer.  This post involves delivery of the Lifematters programme, which is a young persons' Drug and Alcohol intervention programme,  to young people aged 12 – 17 who are misusing alcohol, substances or who are at risk of doing so. 

We address issues in their lives and behaviours that may be causing some difficulties and discuss topics which will help develop their life Skills.  This gives young people tools to help figure out some solutions which best work for them.
